The Casa Celli apartment is superbly centrally located in the charming traditional Tuscan village of Santa Fiora. The apartment is situated above the Sforza-Cesarini Palace and the Piazza Garibaldi; the heart and central meeting place of the village.
Casa Celli is a wonderful three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment that charmingly melds the classic Italian and tastefully rustic with modernity. This recently renovated apartment showcases beautifully tiled floors, stone walls and traditional Chestnut beams and window shutters proudly harvested from nearby forests.
The apartment’s spacious living area offers a traditional Tuscan fireplace, a sofa, two comfortable arm chairs, a coffee table, and a dining area. The handsome room, with classic Italian paintings on the walls, is flooded with natural light from three large windows that frame the gorgeous views of nearby gardens, Santa Fiora’s central piazza (square) and the mountains. The dining area features a sideboard with beautiful dishes and a welcoming table with six chairs. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances; including an oven, stove top burners, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, coffee machine and caffettiera (French Press coffee maker), toaster, etc. along with ample cookware, dishware and glassware.
The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are all situated on the same floor. All three bedrooms have excellent quality Queen-size beds. The bedrooms are classically furnished with end tables, reading lamps, a bureau and or a closet, and a cozy bedroom chair. The apartment has three full bathrooms with some ensuite to the bedrooms.
Included in the rental are linens (towels, sheets and bedding) hand soap and basic provisions such as tea, sugar, spices and olive oil.
Accommodations and Driver Package:
We are pleased to offer our guests a unique opportunity to experience the Tuscany region of Italy with your own private driver. We have partnered with our friendly Italian colleagues from the charming village of Santa Fiora to offer our guests a one-week ‘Package’ including accommodations and a private driver for the week. We are confident this combination of charming apartment in a traditional Tuscan village, coupled with your own local driver, will guarantee a relaxing and rewarding experience. The rental package requires a one-week minimum stay and runs from Saturday to Saturday.
The ‘Driving’ part of the package includes arrival ‘transfer’ (car service) on Saturday from a nearby airport (Florence, Pisa or Rome) or train station (Grosseto, Florence, Pisa, Rome, etc.) and departure ‘transfer’ (car service) the following Saturday to a nearby airport (Florence, Pisa, Rome) or train station (Grosseto, Florence, Pisa, Rome, etc.). In addition to your arrival and departure ‘transfers’ the driving package includes five days of access to your driver and van for 10 hours a day (Sunday – Friday). The driving time can be extended beyond 10 hours a day, at a charge of 50 € per hour. *Note, transfers outside of these areas, such a Milan or Venice, would be extra.
There is much to see and do in beautiful Tuscany! Your driver can bring you to vineyards and gastronomic tours in towns such as Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, and the immediate Monte Amiata region. Firenze (Florence), San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena and the Chianti region can all be easily reached as day trips within the 10 hour time frame. The Mediterranean coast and towns such as Talamone, Porto Santo Stefano and Monte Argentario are just one hour away. Boat cruises with lunch aboard the boat or in one of the lovely bays can be organized, as can Vespa tours, etc. Depending on the time and place of your arrival and departure, a visit to Rome can be arranged (Rome is a 5 hour round trip from Santa Fiora). The natural beauty of this region of Italy abounds and it is our pleasure to assist guests in savoring its inimitable culture, ambiance, flavors and charm!
