This is very much the new trendy part of the Marais with new galleries and boutiques often owned by young people. The nearest metro station is Arts et Metiers. Rambuteau, and Temple are also not far away. There is a late night grocer just around the corner from the apartment and some interesting small restaurants. Also the shopping area of rue de Bretagne is a short walk away with the Marche des Enfants Rouges and the different specialty food shops and food shops.
