Whenever possible, it is always best to call Panache at 781 383-6006 to speak with us in person about your rental enquiry.

If you cannot call us, please complete the Enquiry Form on our website. Importantly, we need to know the # of people in your party, the # of bedrooms required and your requested dates. It is also helpful to know whether your dates are firm or flexible.

Panache prefers payment via check; personal checks are fine. We also accept payment via Venmo, Zelle and bankwire. A deposit payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due eight weeks prior to arrival at the property.

A security deposit is required for all property rentals. The Security Deposit is collected in a separate check at the time of final payment. The check is kept in our Boston office, uncashed, and is returned to you within two weeks of your departing the property.

Panache is happy to serve as a reference source for your upcoming trip. We are pleased to answer all questions, above and beyond your property rental. One month prior to your arrival at the property Panache provides you with a 30+ page ‘Apartment Packet’ containing the important information specific to your property rental (address, telephone number, security codes, name and info of local contact person, etc.). Additionally, there are pages such as “Tips on Living in a Paris Apartment”, “Some of Our Favorite Things to do in Paris”, restaurant recommendations, etc. Most apartments and properties also have a helpful House Book dedicated to that specific property and its immediate surrounding neighborhood.
