Just steps from the Seine River, Notre Dame, and across a small park from the famous Shakespeare & Company, sits the newly remodeled Église Saint-Julien-Pauvre vacation rental. An elevator to the 4th floor brings you to this open and airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom, with lovely views of the park and churches. One can even catch a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. At your doorstep is Paris’ famous Latin Quarter, with its many shops, cafés, landmarks, and transportation.
The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The Master has a king-size bed that can be made up as two single beds upon request. The nearby bathroom is spacious and includes an open shower, tub, double sinks, and a toilet. An extra guest WC is also right next to this bathroom. The Second Bedroom is smaller, with a queen-size bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own en suite bathroom, offering guests a shower and sink.
In between the two bedrooms, guests will be enchanted by the abundant light and scenic views from the living room and kitchen with dining area. In the living room, a large and comfortable sectional sofa faces a beautiful fireplace, floor-to-ceiling French windows, and a large flat-screen TV in the corner.
