This nice one-bedroom apartment is fabulously situated next to the Luxembourg Gardens. The location is wonderul! The apartment is on the 3rd floor French without an elevator. The apartment opens onto a large sitting room with sofa (that can convert to a double size sleep sofa), two arm chairs and a round marble dinning table that can seat three. There is a double size bed in the main bedroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and miror. On the same floor just two meters away is a small bedroom with a twin bed, desk and closet.
