This comfortable two-bedroom apartment, superbly located on Paris’ chic Left Bank, offers stunning views of the city of Paris from two balconies! The apartment is next to the beloved Eglise Saint-Ignace church and faces the small charming park, ‘Square Boucicaut’, across from the iconic Bon Marché department store and its world renowned ‘La Grande Épicerie de Paris’ gourmet food hall. In the 6th Arrondissement, this is absolutely one of the finest locations in all of Paris! The gorgeous views from the living area include the charming small park, the handsome Bon Marché department store, the gold-domed Les Invalides (Napoleon’s Tomb) and the Eiffel Tour!
This spacious (80 sq. meters) two-bedroom apartment is on the 8th floor of an apartment building with TWO elevators. Being situated on the 8th floor (most of central Paris is 6 floors or less) ensures both quiet and magnificent views of Paris! The flat offers two balconies with small tables and chairs; one off the living room and one off the bedrooms.

You’re also a very easy walk to one of Paris best “Roving” markets, Marché Raspail (3x a week), which is the beloved “Biologique” (organic) market on Sunday mornings. For destinations further afield the apartment is conveniently located near METRO Sevres-Babylone (lines 10 & 12), bus routes and a taxi stand.
